Acceptable Use Policy

1Prohibited content

You may not use DomusOS to upload, store, or transmit:

• Content that infringes intellectual-property rights of others.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — always reported to NCMEC.
• Content that promotes terrorism or imminent violence.
• Malware, ransomware, or any code intended to damage systems.
• Material that violates export control or sanctions laws.

2Prohibited behavior

• Sending unsolicited messages or spam through team chat or invite flows.
• Impersonating another person, company, or DomusOS staff.
• Harassing, threatening, or doxing other users.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.
• Circumventing rate limits, billing controls, or feature gates.
• Reverse-engineering the service except as expressly permitted by law.
• Reselling DomusOS access without a signed reseller agreement.

3Infrastructure usage

Fair use applies to all plans. Most household accounts use a small fraction of the limits below; we publish them so power-users know where the lines are.

• API calls: 10 requests/sec/account (burst 60/min).
• Domi: 200 prompts/day on Personal, 1,000/day on Office, custom on Practice.
• Storage: 5 GB (Personal), 1 TB (Office), custom (Practice).
• Aggregator refreshes: automatic on a 6h cadence, manual refresh limited to 10/day.

If your legitimate workload outgrows these limits, email sales@domusos.io and we'll find a plan that fits.

4Reporting abuse

If you see content or behavior on DomusOS that violates this policy, email abuse@domusos.io. We triage every report within 24 hours.

5Enforcement

When we determine a violation occurred, we may, at our discretion: warn the responsible user, remove the offending content, suspend the account, or terminate the account. Severity drives the response — a one-time copy-paste of someone else's research is a warning; running a credential-stuffing attack is an immediate termination.

For terminations driven by legal obligation (court order, law-enforcement request), we follow our Privacy Policy and applicable law before taking action whenever possible.

6Appeals

If your account is suspended or terminated and you believe we got it wrong, email appeals@domusos.io. A different reviewer than the original decision-maker will re-examine the case within 5 business days.
